Lovely, spacious rooms and excellent welcoming staff. The lavender bags by the elevator a lovely touch, too.
The AC hotel was a great pick. The location of the hotel is perfect as you are in the center of everything and can walk to food, shopping, entertainment, and the river. It’s easy to park there if you have a car and the open concept lounge area is really nice. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The hotel is very clean, modern, and simple but elegant. All the rooms have the wood floors on all the levels so you will hear people walking in their rooms above you. If you think that will be an issue request a room on the 6th floor. A nice touch they offer is a lavender cart where you can add lavender to little bags that you can place by your pillow for restful sleep.
The young gentleman who helped us on the night of the 26th was absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, and his kindness truly made our stay special. Wonderful service and a great experience — we’ll definitely be back!
Absolutely love this place! It was nice and clean, service was amazing! The front desk agent was very polite and helpful, breakfast attendant was delightful, housekeeping was happy. Seems like everyone was happy, which made me very comfortable. Location location location! Right in the middle of everything! So many places to choose from! Would recommend to anyone!
Hotel is in a great location to walk to whatever you’d like to check out in downtown Columbus. The rooms were not the cleanest, could use better housekeeping. Floors were dirty, debris in the bathroom and under the entertainment area. Hotel bar service was good each day we visited.
Like most Marriott stays, this hotel did not disappoint. The facility, hotel offerings, and location were absolutely perfect for enjoying Columbus, Georgia. The staff were magnificent, but one particular shining star, Jennifer at the front desk, was beyond amazing! My elderly grandparents, 90 and 92, were staying at the hotel. She was constantly on top of making sure their needs were met. We were lucky to have her at the front desk this weekend, and Marriott is lucky to have such an amazing representative and ambassador for their brand.
Great location. Lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Easy access to the bike trail. Helpful front desk folks. Room was clean and well equipped. Ladies who worked the breakfast bar were very friendly.
I had a wonderful stay at the AC Hotel in downtown Columbus! The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The customer service was truly top notch—staff went above and beyond to help me when I was having car trouble, even pointing me to a reputable repair shop. Their kindness and professionalism made a stressful situation so much easier. I highly recommend this hotel for both the great accommodations and the outstanding service!
